Currently, there are 3 vacant positions on our Executive Board:
Director of Operations – The Director of Operations will oversee all business operations of the organization. This includes obtaining any necessary permits, coordinating events, fundraising, merchandise, and memberships.
Public Information Officer – The Public Information Officer must be a licensed attorney and a member of NORML’s National Legal Committee. This individual will serve as a spokesperson for the organization and will provide legal information to the organization’s board, other members, and the public.
Treasurer – The treasurer maintains accurate financial records including accounting, banking, budget tracking for purposes of reconciliation of grant and gift funding as required and disbursement of funds. Accounting should include expense and income reports by category on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and as needed.
It is vital to the success of our organization that we fill these positions on our Executive Board. We will be taking nominations up until our January monthly meeting on Jan. 15th 2015.
Our December monthly meeting will be held on Thursday December 18th at Midtown Bar & Grill. We will be nominating people for these positions at our next meeting.

We will post the candidates for these positions to our website after our December meeting. Members will be able to view information about the candidates and cast their vote.
